Now, the ‘Connect to’ window will appear. Select COM1 from the
dropdown list next to ‘Connect Using’ and then click OK, as shown
below.

Now, the ‘COM1 Properties’ window will appear. Set the port
settings as shown below and then click OK.

Now, close the HyperTerminal program. Following message box will
appear.
