If the destination fax machine does not
have the same Subaddress-based
Confidential Communication capabilities
as your machine, Subaddress-based
Confidential Transmission will NOT be
possible. Check with the destination
party.
Is there an appropriate box (equal to a
Subaddress Confidential Box) registered
in the destination fax?
Check with the destination party.
Is the subaddress and the Subaddress
Communication password that you
entered correct?
If you think the information you entered
IS correct, check with the other party.

fax full?
Check with the transmitting party.
