Network module application scenarios

Use the network module in the following scenarios:

When a data center contains multiple VLANs, configure networks based on the VLANs.

When a data center is managed by multiple operators with different privileges, divide the data
center into multiple networks and assign correct operators to each network.

When network resources in a data center are to be assigned to tenants, configure networks for the
tenants with required network resources and operators.
