The pump does not start

Check the power supply

and ensure connection

to the main is intact.

Triggered ground-fault

protection device or cir-

cuit breaker.

Reset and replace blown

fuses.

Cause

Bridged or wrong start

signal on the start/stop

contacts.

Unbridge and correct

the signal.

The pump starts but the thermal protector is trig-

gered after a short time or the fuses blow

Cause

Remedy

Damages power cable, the mo-

tor short circuits or thermal pro-

tector or fuses are not suited for

the motor current.

Check and re-

place the com-
