Respecting the times indicated in the Periodic maintenance table it is important to check
wear of the extension pulleys.

HECKING TIGHTNESS OF THE COUPLING ELEMENT SCREWS
Respecting the times indicated in the Periodic maintenance table a it is important to check
the correct tightness of the coupling element screws both in the upper and lower parts. The
screws must be tightened with a torque equal to 248Nm.

ATTERY

CHECKS AND MAINTENANCE THERMIC VERSION
‑
Never take flames near to the battery or create sparks (explosive gas).
‑
The battery contains dilute sulphuric acid, which is highly explosive.
‑
Act with great care, protecting the eyes and face.
‑
In the case of accidental contact with the skin, rinse immediately with running water.
‑
Before acting on the battery ALWAYS disconnect the cut‑off switch.
7.25.1 C
HECKING THE ELECTROLYTE THERMIC VERSION
The battery does not need topping‑up.
However, if the electrolyte level, with the machine on a
flat surface, is below the minimum level (MIN.), it can
be restored by removing cap “A” and adding distilled
water without exceeding the MAX. level. Only for no
AGM technology battery (Absorbed Glass Mat)
If the period of inactivity exceeds 1 month, it is advised to isolate the battery:
‑
Disconnect the battery clamps, always starting from the negative pole (‑).
‑
Re‑connect the electric cables always starting from the positive pole (+).
