5. Select the checkbox on the Print dialog
6. Click OK.
The Print to File dialog opens.
7. Enter the name of the file to receive the report.
For Example C:\AB\REPORT\.
8. Click OK to output the report to file.
If the file name already exists, you are given the option of
overwriting it or entering another file name.
Click Cancel at any time to abort operation.
