Harmonics Tab

This displays harmonics summary data from an Allen-Bradley PowerMonitor 5000.

Total Harmonic Distortion Data

This displays the total harmonic distortion on the selected channel calculated by using
IEEE and IEC methods for determining THD.

The Bulletin 1426 M6 model also displays the following:

Buttons

Harmonics Channels Check Boxes
This selects the harmonic channel to display.

Refresh Button
Refreshes the data in the display

Clear All Button
Clears channel selections

Voltage Reference Radio Buttons
This selects line-to-line or line-to-neutral reference

Hide Fundamental Check Box
This check box hides the fundamental to enhance the display of the individual
harmonics.

Graph
This displays a graphical view of the waveform frequency responses. The
graph shows only the magnitude. The first bar for each channel represents the
fundamental harmonic with a value of 100%. The remaining bars represent up
to 63 (M6) harmonics. The height of each bar represents the ration of that
harmonic to the fundamental. Multiple channels can be selected, and the
result is then shown in a 3D bar chart with a different color for each channel/

Grid
This displays the distortion and magnitude data points in a spreadsheet
format. The fundamental distortion has a value of 100%. The remaining
harmonics represent a percent based on the fundamental. It is only possible to
select one channel at a time.

Logs Tab

This displays the contents of the logs stored in an Allen-Bradley PowerMonitor 5000.

Events tab

This displays the event log from the power monitor. The event log stores events
encountered during runtime, including power up, parameter changes, alarm
conditions, relay changes, and status input changes. The log updates continuously,
with newest events overwriting oldest events.

Alarms tab

This displays sag/swell and other notifications from the Alarm log.
