Value type: Value types are used by the reporting and billing functions to aggregate values
of a specific type in one or more meters or groups. The default collection of value
types represents the most commonly used electrical energy management
parameters. Value types may be set up as Consumption or Demand. Consumption
value types are treated as accumulated values of energy or process output, for
example, real energy net. Demand value types are treated as 'rate' values such as
real power demand. The Unit Setup page permits you to add or edit value types.

WAGES: An acronym that describes the various types of energy-related metering,
including Water, Air, Gas, Electric, and Steam.
