Create a New User
To create a new user, follow these steps.
1. From the Role Setup screen, click the Add User link.
2. Fill in the User Setup information fields.
 Enter the User name to be used to log in. If using Windows Active Directory
security, the username must be of the form DomainName\UserName used to log
in to Windows.
 Enter additional information such as first and last names, email address,
telephone, fax and pager numbers.
 Enter a Password. Note that the password is case sensitive. If using Windows
Active Directory security, the entered password will only be used if the user
cannot be authenticated with the Active Directory server. When the user IS
authenticated against an Active Directory server, the password is updated in the
database to keep the passwords synchronized.
 If desired, select a different default time zone from the pull-down menu.
