4.9.2 Setting the Fault Configuration Parameters

If you set Comm Flt Action (10), Idle Flt Action (11), or Peer Flt
Action (34) to the “Send Flt Cfg,” the values in parameters shown in
table 4.7 are sent to the drive after a communications fault and/or
idle fault occurs. You must set these parameters to values required
by your application.

Changes to these parameters take effect immediately. A reset is not
required.

A 32-bit value (0 – 4294967295) sent to the
drive as a Reference or Datalink.

Important: If the drive uses a 16-bit
Reference or 16-bit Datalinks, the most
significant word of the value must be set to
zero (0) or a fault will occur.
