Advanced Options

Clicking the Advanced Options button will open a drop-down menu where the user can
configure the following file types to be used for ingesting (Figure 160):

Authorize "play while ingest" from this server (not supported).

Key Delivery Message

– allows the KDM to be ingested from the FTP or another server

registered in the netmap.

Composition Playlist (enabled by default)

– allows import or FTP of a CPL into the

server.

Installation Package software, security manager, firmware packages for upgrades.

Doremi License (DLM)

– Doremi License Messages, e.g., Dolby3D, RealD, 4K Enabled,

etc.

Show Playlist

– click this box to be able to export and then import a SPL from one server

to another.

Click the Save button to save the configuration. The server is now added to the Content Feed
Manager network (Figure 160).

12.8.3 Deleting a Server

● Delete a server from the Content Feed Manager list by selecting it and clicking on the

Delete Repository button (Figure 160). This will also remove it from the Ingest Manager
drop-down list of servers to ingest from.

12.8.4 Ingesting from a Server That Was Added

● In order to ingest material (restrictions are based on the Advanced Options settings) on

the destination unit, the user will need to open the Ingest Manager application (Control
→ Ingest Manager). Select the unit that was just added in the Content Feed Manager
application as a source/feed (Figure 161).
