Note: OFF: Output transistor is OFF (alarm state).
ON: Output transistor is ON.
Status and Remedy for Alarm
Note: This alarm display tends to occur only with a SERVOPACK of 30 W
to 1000 W.

Frequently turning the main circuit power
ON/OFF.
Do not repeatedly turn ON/OFF the main
circuit power.

Circuit board (1PWB) defective.
Replace SERVOPACK.

load.
