The devices belonging to this control unit are assigned dummy device numbers in ascending
order of command control address value.
After assignment has completed, the screen display changes to the CCA Selection List for Edit
devn panel on which the command control addresses belonging to the control unit and dummy
device numbers assigned to the command control addresses are displayed.

first device.
If the dummy device number does not need to be changed, proceed to step 7.
