4. Press the Enter key.
The Copy Group Detail Definition panel appears (in the initial status, no list of copy groups
appears because no copy group is defined at this point).
5. Press the F4=Attr key.
The Copy Group Attributes For Container panel appears.
6. Specify copy group attributes (such as PROT MODE).

7. Press the Enter key.
The Copy Group Detail Definition panel appears.
Adding a consistency group
To add a consistency group:
1.
In the Copy Group Detail Definition panel, press the F5=Add key.
The Setting C/T ID Attributes panel appears.
2. Specify C/T ID (JNLG) (consistency group ID for the journal group), sub C/T ID (JNLG), and
Path ID.
3. Press the Enter key.
The Copy Group Pair Detail panel appears. Initially, no copy pairs appear because no copy
pairs have been defined at that point.
4. Add a copy pair to the copy group.
The operations for adding a copy pair to a copy group are the same as those in provided in
“Adding the copy pair to the copy group (Continuous Access Journal Z)” (page 643) .
5. If there are more to copy pairs to add to the consistency group, press the F5=Add key and
repeat steps .
6. If there are no more to copy pairs to be added, press the F3=Exit key.
The added consistency group is displayed in the Copy Group Detail Definition panel.
