identification-name

Used to specify the identification name of the cataloged procedure for startup. This operand
uniquely identifies each job when the same name is used for the cataloged procedure for startup
to perform multiple jobs.

Example

To start a BCM Monitor instance with the following conditions, enter the command shown below:

Name of the cataloged procedure: YKBCMMON

Identification name: YK

START YKBCMMON.YK

Stopping BCM Monitor

To stop BCM Monitor, use the MODIFY STOP command. You can also use the STOP command
in the operating system.

Format

If both the name of the cataloged procedure for startup and the identification name are specified
in the START command, use either of the following formats.

Operands

cataloged-procedure-for-startup-name

Used to specify the name of the cataloged procedure for startup that was specified in the START
command when BCM Monitor was started.

identification-name

Used to specify the identification name that was specified in the START command when BCM
Monitor was started.

STOP

BCM Monitor stops. You can specify a suboperand to set the time at which BCM Monitor must
stop. If you omit a suboperand, BCM Monitor stops after the cycle that is currently being processed
finishes.

IMMEDIATE

BCM Monitor stops immediately after the action that is currently being processed finishes. It does
not wait until the cycle is finished.
