TC copy pair with
the HyperSwap
attribute

A copy pair defined from Business Continuity Manager as a TC copy pair in a 2DC configuration
with HyperSwap and Cnt Ac-J for a PPRC TC copy pair for which HyperSwaps are enabled. To
define a TC copy pair with the HyperSwap attribute, execute the YKH2B command, or specify
HS for Linkage Option in the Copy Group Attributes panel. Business Continuity Manager can
only monitor and dissolve TC copy pairs with the HyperSwap attribute.

command

The time that the data was written to the P-VOL from the host.

Extended remote copy.

YKAGENT

An executable program of the Business Continuity Manager agent. This is also the name of the
standard startup cataloged procedure of the Business Continuity Manager agent.

YKMONCG file

A file for specifying the option information required to start BCM Monitor.

YKMONOPT file

A file for specifying the monitoring actions conducted by BCM Monitor.

YKP2A

A command (provided by Mainframe Agent) used to create a copy group definition file for a
PPRC copy pair. Note that Business Continuity Manager cannot read the copy group definition
files created by the YKP2A command.

YKPRM00

A member to which an initialization parameter necessary to run the Business Continuity Manager
agent is registered.

Z

z/Linux volume

A volume on the DKC that is used on z/Linux. z/Linux volume copy groups can be operated from
Business Continuity Manager running on z/OS. For details about prerequisites for using z/Linux
