The route list (TCS2DC) requires only the routes for the primary storage systems.

Only the primary storage systems (35114 and 35116) require command device definitions.
You do not need to define a command device for remote storage systems.

The following describes the procedure for defining the copy group required for using the Continuous
Access Synchronous Consistency Preservation function.

1.

In the Add Copy Group panel, specify CA for Copy Group Type.

2.

In the Setting C/T ID Attributes panel, specify a consistency group ID.

3.

In the Copy Group Attributes panel, specify Y for FREEZE SCP.

Environment definition for using the Reverse Resync function

This section describes environment definitions for using the Reverse Resync function.

When the Reverse Resync function is used from the primary site and one or more
other sites

If you want to use the Reverse Resync function from the Business Continuity Manager at the primary
site and one or more other sites, before you execute a CLI command, prepare one or more other
sites so that copy groups can be used at those sites.
