1 = Output (EtherNet/IP to drive)
3 Get Size UINT Size of register data in bits
4 Conditional 1 Data ARRAY
of BITS Data to be transferred
1 The access rule of Set is optional if attribute 2, Direction = 1.
If Direction = 0, the access rule is Get.
