Bit11: Point Buffer movement signal - PTB
When point buffer movement is started, this signal is set to ON
and to OFF when movement is completed.
Bit 15: Jog movement signal - JOG
When an axis is doing jog movement, the JOG signal is set to ON
and to OFF when jog movement is completed.
