 The Lock screen settings menu opens.
2. Tap Security type.
3. Draw your unlock screen pattern, enter your PIN, or enter your password.
4. Tap None.
 The screen lock is disabled.
Note: If you fail to enter the correct password after five attempts, you will be prompted to wait for 30
seconds before you can try again.
Lock Screen Options
There are several configurable options available in the Lock screen settings menu.
Lock Screen Options Overview
The following options are available in the Lock screen settings menu:
Lock Screen Setting Description
Security type Select from None, Swipe, Pattern, PIN, or Password.
Fingerprint Set the lock screen using your fingerprint.
Make Pattern Visible
Hide the trace of your pattern as you draw it. This setting appears only
when you set Screen lock type to Pattern.
Automatically Lock
Set the delay time the screen lock feature activates after it goes to sleep.
This setting appears only when you set one of the lock settings.
