The following example globally enables GVRP on the device.
Console (config)# gvrp enable
5.8.2 gvrp enable (interface)
The gvrp enable interface configuration command enables GVRP on an interface. To disable GVRP on
an interface, use the no form of this command.
Syntax
gvrp enable
no gvrp enable
Default Configuration
GVRP is disabled on all interfaces by default.

User Guidelines
An access port would not dynamically join a VLAN because it is always a member in only one VLAN.

The following example enables GVRP on ethernet g8.
