5.26.9 history
The history line configuration command enables the command history function. To disable the command
history feature, use the no form of this command.
Syntax
history
no history

The history function is enabled.

Example
The following example enables the command history function for telnet.
Console (config)# line telnet
Console (config-line)# history
5.26.10 history size
The history size line configuration command changes the command history buffer size for a particular
line. To reset the command history buffer size to the default, use the no form of this command.
Syntax
history size number-of-commands
no history size
ƒ number-of-commands—Number of commands that the system records in its history buffer.
(Range: 10 - 216)
Default Configuration
The default history buffer size is 10.
