TD79 Command
Purpose: Reads or changes recloser (79) time delay changes.
Syntax: TD[x][=<delay>]]

TEST Command
Purpose: Reads diagnostic data.
Syntax: TEST

TIME Command
Purpose: Reads or changes the time clock.
