Description

Query the value of the condition register for the questionable power status register.

Explanation

 The relation between the power status register and questionable status register

is as shown in the figure below.

0. The range of the return value are the decimal numbers corresponding to the

1111111111111111 (32767 in decimal) and of which the bit 3 to bit 15 are 0.
