Description

Set the phase deviation of ØM.
Query the phase deviation of ØM.

Explanation

 When <value> is set in "Number" form, the default unit is rad. Besides,

<value> can also be set in "Number + Unit" form, for example, 2rad.

The default unit of the return value is rad.

 After setting the phase deviation, you can use the up/down direction keys or

knob to modify the phase deviation at the current step. At this point, you can

query or set the current step using the

[:SOURce]:PM:DEViation:STEP[:INCRement]

command.

Return Format

The query returns the phase deviation of ØM, for example, 2.000000.
