NOTE: Before you can use the SMS Storage Group Import function, the SMS storage, copy, and
C/T groups must be in a one-to-one-to-one relationship. This means that you cannot use this function
for copy group containers that have more than one C/T group ID.
Before importing new SMS storage groups
Acquire the volume list of the SMS storage group to be imported. You can do this in either of two
ways.
If the user defines a JCL and acquires the list in advance, do the following:
1.
Output a list of volumes to a file, in the DFSMS Access Method Service's DCOLLECT Output
Record Structure format.
