(data): The 18 data bytes represent the configuration parameters of both sources.
(checksum): The checksum from the instruction code through the last data byte.
Code #19: Receive Source Setup
Description: Instructs the controller to enter the incoming source setup
parameters into memory. Use the table from Code #18 to construct a message to
set the source parameters to your desired settings.
