7 TECHNICAL INFORMATION
7.1 Schedule of Parts
A complete "CEL-281 Computing Noise Dosimeter" consists only of:
CEL-281 Noise Dosimeter, includes cable,
CEL
1 ⁄ 4 " Microphone, and Battery Holder,
CEL-6050 Microphone Coupler, for acoustic calibration,
016022 (4 off) Type AAA Manganese Alkaline Battery,
038524 1.5 mm Allen Key, to unlock battery and
connector covers,
060112 Operator's Handbook.
Please note that the CEL-6012 Slide-on Keypad and the C6231 Centron-
ics Printer Interface Cable for downloading data to a printer must be or-
dered separately. It also recommended that the CEL-6225 Dust Cover be
used to protect the microphone when the dosimeter is to be operated in
a dust filled environment. When the instrument is delivered, check that
all items on this schedule have been supplied. The following items en-
able the dosimeter to be calibrated.
Either CEL-282 Acoustic Calibrator: IEC 942 Class 2L,
Or CEL-284/2
Acoustic Calibrator: IEC 942 Class 1L,
CEL-6100 Dummy Microphone, for electrical calibration.
Further additional CEL instrumentation enables the CEL-281 to be pro-
grammed without using the Keypad, and to download stored data to a
PC for further manipulation.
C6228/2 Interface Cable (2 m) to connect the CEL-281
to a PC,
CEL-6171 PC Analysis Software for the CEL-281, two
copies supplied, one on 5
