14. Press the and keys to move the blinking cursor along
the line of characters to the left or right to select another digit
for editing.
Moving beyond the end of the time display to right or left selects
the current date for editing, (and moving beyond the end of the
date display selects the time).
15. Press the key to display the new time (and date).
The current time and date are now set, so that delayed start and stop
times and dates can be set if required.
4.6.2 Setting Delay Times and Dates
Caution
When delayed start and stop times and dates
have been set, ANY changes to the real time
clock disable their operation, and will require
that all delays are reset.
A total of up to ten sets of delayed start and stop times and dates can
be stored. This permits noise levels to be monitored for workers whose
working times are different for each morning and afternoon of the week.
Start times and dates always have an odd numbered store location,
while stop times and dates have an even numbered location.
When setting start and stop times and dates, only valid entries with a
start or stop time in the same calendar month, or in the next month
from the previous valid entry are permitted. The entry in the first store
location will be based on the current time and date and the maximum
number of days available for the month setting will be limited by the
number of days in the current month, (i.e. 28 days in February).
