12.5.2 Default Function Permission
Click [Authentication], then [Default Function Permission] on the menu of [Security] tab to display this page.
This setting is unavailable when the user authentication or account track function is not activated.
Specify the default setting of the functions allowed to the registered users/accounts. The settings of Function
Permission, Output Permission, and Max. Allowance Set specified here will be displayed as default on the
page to register a new user/account.
NOTICE
Copy and Scan settings of Function Permission will not be displayed for the machine without Paper Feeder
Unit PF-705.
12.5.3 User Registration
Click [User Registration] on the menu of [Security] tab to display this page.
This page cannot be displayed unless [ON (MFP)] is specified for General Settings of [Authentication].
You can register or delete a user for user authentication.
