Click the radio button of the text to be deleted from the Text List.

Click [Delete] in the same row.

Click [OK]. Clicking [Cancel] will cancel the setting.

Click [OK] on the setting complete page.
12.7.3 Scanner Settings
Click [Scanner Settings] on the menu of [Scan] tab to display this page.
This setting can be made also from [Controller] on the Machine Screen. For further details of the settings, see
the User's Guide - Network Scanner (IC-601).
This page allows you to make settings on the scanning function.

Select the desired period of time to elapse before the data scanned into the box are automatically de-
leted, from the drop-down list of "Auto Delete Document."

Enter the desired text in the "File Name" text box, which is to be added automatically to the file name.
Up to 11 alphanumeric characters can be entered. (Unacceptable characters are: " / * | : < > ? . ,)
This text, date, time, and division number will be added to the actual file name.

Make the desired selections from the drop-down lists of "Color Space," "Frame Erase," "Z-Folded Orig-
inal," and "Thickness" as the conditions to be applied in scanning operation using the TWAIN driver.

Select either [Enable] or [Disable] from the drop-down list of "E-mail Default Select." Selecting [Enable]
allows you to specify the default subject/text in [Subject]/[Text].

Click [OK]. Clicking [Cancel] will cancel the setting.

Click [OK] on the setting complete page.
