12.9 Operator Call
When any trouble occurs on the main body while it has been accessed via PageScope Web Connection, the
message [Operator Call] appears in the output information indicator area of the Machine Screen, being ac-
companied by an error code below.
The following list of error codes provides the location, cause, and remedy corresponding to each error code
to be displayed on the screen.
Please follow the instruction for each.
List of Error Codes in Operator Call
Code Location Cause Remedy
50-00 Main body The toner recovery door is
open, or the toner recovery
box is not placed inside the
main body. Place the toner recovery box, and
then close the toner recovery
door.
60-00 Original glass An original is left on the orig-
inal glass. Open the ADF, and then remove
the original.
60-01 ADF Originals are left in the origi-
nal feed tray of the ADF. Reload the originals, and then
press Start on the control panel.
70-00 Paper Feeder Unit
PF-704/Paper Feed-
er Unit (with scanner)
PF-705 The paper feeder unit
stopped abnormally. Make sure the paper feeder unit is
firmly plugged in, and then turn
off/on the breaker switch of the
paper feeder unit.
