13.4 Setting Scan Transmission Function
You can configure the scan transmission function that is part of the Administrator Setting using a web brows-
er.
0 Confirm that you are not using the scan transmission function on the main body.
0 [Scan transmission setting] is to be displayed on the menu for the machine equipped with Paper Feed-
er Unit (with scanner) PF-705.

Open the main page of Web Utilities.
NOTICE
For details on how to open the Web Utilities window, see page 13-3.

Click on [Machine Manager Setting].
The password entry dialog box will be displayed.

Enter "admin" in the User Name text box, and an 8-digit administrator password in the password text
box, then click on [OK].
The Machine Manager Setting menu will be displayed.
NOTICE
The user name "admin" (for accessing the Machine Manager Setting menu) cannot be changed.
Enter the administrator password previously specified on the machine. 12345678 is initially applied. The
administrator password consists of 8 alphanumeric characters.
Once entered, the user name and password are not necessary to be re-entered. When the web browser
is restarted, the user name and password have to be re-entered.

Click on [Scan transmission setting].
The Scan transmission setting window will be displayed.
