Bits 7 to 15 – Reserved
Bits 7 to 15 are reserved for future use. The programmable controller program
must set them to zero.
Setpoint 13 Words (words 3 to 7 and 10 to 14)
The setpoint 13 words control position, velocity, acceleration, and deceleration
for setpoint 13. These words have the same format as those for the other
setpoints in the setpoint block.
