Sets the artificial light artifact frequency in Hertz.
Internal resolution at 60 Hz is about 0.2 Hz. To
let the user know the effects of input rounding,
the rounded value is output on the RS-232. For
example, if the user enters [mfreq 60.1], the
result will be 60.1882. Entry resolution is 0.001;
however, the resolution of the value stored and
used is near 0.2 Hz at 60 Hz.

MOXY nnn
Sets the oxygen value of the non-arterial wave,
tap, or shiver. Leading zeros are not required.
