3 Press [Configuration].
4 Press the [S] or [T] to select Temporary
Code JOB Size and press [Change #].
5 Press [+] or [–] to set the maximum size.
6 Press [Close]. The display returns to the Configuration screen.
7 Press [Close]. The display returns to the e-MPS screen.
Permanent Code JOB Size
Set the (maximum) total space for jobs to be permanently saved on the hard disk. The actual
maximum amount that can be configured is the remaining space on the hard disk. The setting
procedure is the same as for Temporary Code JOB Size.
Virtual Mailbox (VMB) Size
Set the (maximum) total hard disk space for Virtual Mailbox. The maximum value can for this item
can be set up to the hard disk remaining space. The setting procedure is the same as for Temporary
Code JOB Size.
