8.12 AT^SPLR Read entry from the preferred operators list
Syntax
Command Description
Test command returns the whole index range supported by the SIM
Write command returns used entries from the SIM list of preferred operators with
<indexa>
between
<index1>

<index2>
. If

is not given, only entry with

is returned.
