line (Banner login/post-login context)

Use the

line

command to add a line to the current banner message.

Syntax

line

<number> [string]

Parameters

Note:

To define a string that includes spaces, enclose the entire string in quotation

marks (e.g., "New York").

Example

X330WAN-2DS1-1(super-banner-post-login)# line 3 “You have

successfully logged off”

nvram initialize

Use the

nvram initialize

command to reset the WAN parameters to the factory

defaults.

Syntax

nvram initialize

Example

X330WAN-2DS1-1(super)# nvram initialize

This command will restore factory defaults, and can disconnect your

telnet session

*** Reset *** - do you want to continue (Y/N)?

Connection closed by foreign host.

host%

The line number to add the specified text.

string

The text to display on the specified line.
