Parameters

Example

X330W-2USP-1(super-if:Serial2)# idle-character marks

ignore-dcd (X330WAN-2USP Serial interface context)

Use the

ignore-dcd

command to configure the serial interface to monitor the

DSR/CTS signals instead of the DCD signal as the line up/down indicator. The

no

form of this command restores DCD monitoring as the line status indicator
(default).

Syntax

[no] ignore-dcd

Example

X330W-2USP-1(super-if:Serial2)# ignore-dcd

interface Serial (X330WAN-2DS1)

Use the

interface Serial

command to create and/or enter

interface Serial

context. For LAN interfaces, use this command to create the interface. The

no

form

of this command deletes an IP interface.

[no] interface Serial
