MDI stands for Media Dependent Interface of the Ethernet. Typically, the interfaces on the network
cards belong to this type. MDIX stands for Cross Media Dependent Interface, which is usually adopted
on hubs or LAN switches.

Interface LEDs

MIM-16FSW/MIM-16FSW-PoE panel is shown in the following figure:

On the panel, each 10/100 Mbps interface corresponds to a green LED. The following table describes
the status of these LEDs.
