Package View
The Package view provides a graphical view of the package layout of the device. This view allows the user
to visualize the device package, and place device I/Os.
Clicking on the tall narrow arrow on the far right of the Package view shows or hides the fly-out palette of
display options for the Package View.
By default, the Package view is included in the Floorplanner perspective . To add it to the current
perspective, select Window → Show View → Package.

Circle Available ball location.
Diamond VDD or VSS ball location.
N/C Non-connected ball location.
