The Floorplanner View Optimizations Preference Page configures rendering optimizations for the

There are numerous rendering optimizations available to the Floorplanner, and ACE allows different
configurations for three levels of design complexity. The cutoffs between complexity levels may also
be configured. Because drawing the routing has the most significant impact upon Floorplanner render
performance, design complexity is measured in terms of the route segment count.
By default, all optimization features are disabled for the simplest designs. As design complexity increases,
more optimizations may be enabled by default.
There are three levels of design complexity tracked. The current (active) design’s Floorplanner complexity
is always reported in this preference page so users know which column of optimization settings will impact
rendering the current design in the Floorplanner.
