ip-router show summary drops
command shows information about routes that were deleted or not added
due to low memory, as well as the current threshold settings.
11.18 CONFIGURATION EXAMPLES
11.18.1 Assigning IP/IPX Interfaces
To enable routing on the RS, you must assign an IP or IPX interface to a VLAN. To assign an IP or IPX interface named
‘RED’ to the ‘BLUE’ VLAN, enter the following command:
You can also assign an IP or IPX interface directly to a physical port.
BGP level-1
level-2 • A new BGP route is added only if it is the only BGP route to
the given destination.
• Maximum of 3 routes allowed to a given destination. If there
are more than 3 routes to a given destination, a new route
replaces an existing route.
level-3 • Maximum of 2 routes allowed to a given destination. If there
are more than 2 routes to a given destination, a new route
replaces an existing route.
level-4 No new routes are added.
rs(config)# interface create ip RED address-netmask
