2. Open the properties for the scope.
3. Click the Advanced tab.
4. Select the Make this scope a secondary check box.
5. In the Primary scope field, select the scope that you want to designate as the primary. (This must be
one of the other scopes for the server.)
6. Click OK.
7. Reload the DHCP server.
