31.3 The Packet Capture Screen
Use this screen to log network traffic going through the X6004 LAN or WAN
interface. This feature is for a debug administrator and full administrator only (see
Section 30.3 on page 437 ). Click Maintenance > Administration >
Diagnostics > Packet Capture to view the screen as shown.

LABEL DESCRIPTION
Machine ID If you have more than one X6004 configured in a ZyStack, select the
one from which you want to collect information.
Interface Choose the interface for which you want to log network traffic.
Host Optionally, limit the capture of information to communication with a
specific network device. Enter the IP address of the network device that
the X6004 is communicating with. You can also enter the IP address of
the X6004 itself, in which case, the X6004 only collects information
where the destination or source IP matches that of the X6004.
Protocol Specify the protocol type which you want to capture information on.
You can choose TCP, UDP, ICMP or select All to capture all IP traffic
going through the X6004.
