34.2 The Backup & Restore Screen
Use this screen to back up or restore a configuration on the X6004. You can also
use this screen to reset the X6004 to the factory default settings. To access this
screen, click Maintenance > Backup & Restore.
Note: Make sure you are using the correct backup “.zip” file when you restore your
configuration.

Click this to save the X6004’s current configuration to a file on your
computer. Once your device is configured and functioning properly, it is
highly recommended that you back up your configuration file before
making configuration changes. The backup configuration file is useful if
you need to return to your previous settings.
Note: The administrator account and WAN/LAN network settings
are not saved during the backup process.
