Reboot the X6004.

Disconnect and re-connect the power adaptor to the X6004.

Turn the X6004 off and on.

If the problem continues, contact your ISP.
The Internet connection is slow or intermittent.

There might be a lot of traffic on the network. Look at the LEDs, and check Section
1.4 on page 46 . If the X6004 is sending or receiving a lot of information, try
closing some programs that use the Internet, especially peer-to-peer applications.

of the advanced suggestions.
Advanced Suggestions
• Check the settings for bandwidth management. If it is disabled, you might
consider activating it. If it is enabled, you might consider changing the
allocations.
• Check the settings for QoS. If it is disabled, you might consider activating it. If it
is enabled, you might consider raising or lowering the priority for some
applications.

Fail to add a device in a ZyStack.

The X6004 only supports up to five X6004s in a ZyStack. It would be failed If you
try to add the sixth ZyStack X6004.
