The ALM LED is on.

Turn the X6004 off and on.

Disconnect and re-connect the power adaptor to the X6004.

If the problem continues, contact the vendor.
One of the LEDs does not behave as expected.

Make sure you understand the normal behavior of the LED. See Section 1.4 on
page 46 .

Check the hardware connections. See the Quick Start Guide.

Inspect your cables for damage. Contact the vendor to replace any damaged
cables.

Disconnect and re-connect the power adaptor to the X6004.

Turn the X6004 off and on.

If the problem continues, contact the vendor.
38.2 X6004 Access and Login
I forgot the IP address for the X6004

The default LAN IP address is 192.168.1.12.

Use the console port to log into the X6004 (see Section 38.6 on page 518 .

Use the command “network interface show ip all” to check the WAN and LAN
IP addresses of the X6004.

Enter the initrd screens and change the X6004’s IP address to the WAN/LAN
default (see
Section 38.6.3 on page 519 ).
