A The power supply voltage is not within the
range of specifications. Check power supply.
B Load exceeds capacity of the Regenerative
Unit. Check specifications of load moment of
inertia and overhanging load.
C Regenerative transistor is abnormal. Replace SERVOPACK.
D Rectifying diode defective.
E SERVOPACK defective.
