Broadcasting Messages to Users
The talk command enables you to broadcast messages to all chassis users
and to enable and disable the ability to broadcast messages.

Task Command
From any mode, send a broadcast
message. talk <message-string>
Note that if the string contains spaces,
enclose it in quotes.
